What file types can I upload?

Synctia accepts common audio and video formats. If your file fails to upload, try converting it to MP3, WAV, or MP4 first.

Why are some captions incorrect or missing?

Synctia uses AI-based speech recognition, which can occasionally struggle with unclear audio, heavy background music, or overlapping vocals. If a section can't be reliably transcribed, it may be left blank rather than guessed incorrectly.

How do I remove the watermark?

Watermark-free exports are available on paid plans. Details are available on the pricing section of synctia.uk.

How long are my uploaded files kept?

See our Privacy Policy for details on how long files are retained and when they're deleted.
